The PAWS Hydraulic Workholding System comprises of four basic items.

2. The Fixture Plate (grid map for clamping points,clamping devices, locating pins, stops & rails, ect.)

3. Clamping Device (use any pull-down clamp: OK-Vise, Pitbull, V-Block, ID Collet, Vise, Mitee-Bite Uniforce, ID Expansion,ect)

4. Part to be Milled (raw stock blanks or parts needing secondary milling operations)

Blank Fixture Plate above PAWS Hydraulic Base

Fixture Plate fits over the top of the Hydraulic Base Plate.

Intersections on fixture plate are clamping points for standard clamps.

Clamps placed on fixture plate can be attached to dual-action pistons on hydraulic plate below. Drill holes through the Fixture Plate in the locations where clamping is needed.

Fixture Plates are counter-bored underneath to allow piston movement.
