PAWS Hydraulic Base Plates

Standard Hydraulic Fixture Plates are made from MIC 6® or Steel material and come in  three standard sizes ; 8 x 10", 12 x 16" and 16 x 20".  Create your own fixture plate using standard workholding clamps available such as Mitee-Bite®, OK-Vise®, Pitbull®, Swing, Uniforce®, I.D. Collet or Vise Jaws.  Clamps on the fixture plate can be attached to the dual action pistons underneath by 5/16-18 socket head cap screws that pass through the fixture plate. Drill holes through the fixture plate over the piston locations where you need clamping points.  Fixture plates are counter-bored underneath to provide clearance for piston movement.

Multi-Vise Fixture Plates come in three standard configurations; 8 Hydraulic Vises, 16 Hydraulic Vises and the 32 Hydraulic Vises.  Each vise system has machinable jaws.  The 8 Vise System fits over the DA-20 Hydraulic Base plate.  The 16 Vise System fits over the DA-48 and the 32 Vise System fits over the DA-80 plate. Multi-Vise fixture plates are interchangeable with any other custom fixture plate that fits over the PAWS hydraulic base plate.
